This 42” plasma is Panasonic's basic version of the TH-42PX600U. The TH-42PX60U has the following features:
- 1366x768 resolution
- 3072 shades of gradation
- Near 29 billion colors
- Integrated NTSC/ATSC/QAM tuners
- HDMI inputs with HDAVI-Control
The screen of the Panasonic TH-42PX60U is surrounded by a thin border, with the silver casing and speakers hidden on the bottom of the screen. This plasma TV is due out in spring 2006. This model may be coming out in spring 2006, but it will be hard for retailers to keep in stock, because of the great quality picture and sleek design.
